Vexa Mail ("the application") is provided by Vibra Lab S.L., CIF B22903801, Calle Santa Cristina 3, Edificio Embarcadero, Local 1, 10195 Caceres, Spain ("we", "us"). Contact: support@vexamail.com.
By installing or using the application you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
Vexa Mail is desktop software that connects to email accounts you already own, stores their content on your own device, and helps you understand and act on it. It is not an email hosting service, not an email address provider, and not a backup service. If your provider loses your mail, Vexa Mail is not a replacement for it.
You are responsible for:
The application never deletes mail permanently on its own: deletion is always a move to the account's trash folder.
The application classifies mail, extracts dates and tasks, assigns priority and can draft replies. This analysis is automated and can be wrong. It is an aid, not a professional judgment.
You may not use the application to:
Vexa Mail is currently in development and offered as a private beta. It may contain defects, features may change or be removed, and data formats may change between versions. Do not use it as your only means of managing critical correspondence during this phase.
The beta is provided free of charge. Paid plans may be introduced later. If they are, the price, what it includes and the terms of any trial will be stated clearly before you are asked to pay, and no existing user will be charged without having agreed first. Consumer rights of withdrawal under Spanish and EU law will apply to any paid subscription.
The application interoperates with services you choose - your email provider, and the AI provider described in the Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions. If a provider revokes or limits access, some functionality may stop working.
The application, its name and its design belong to Vibra Lab S.L. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Your email content remains entirely yours; we claim no rights over it.
The application is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for lost profit, or for loss arising from a missed deadline or a misclassified message. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event - which, during the free beta, is zero.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that Spanish law does not permit to be limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
You may stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling. We may suspend or end access in the event of a serious breach of these terms or where required by law. Your locally stored data is under your control and is not affected by our ending the service; you remove it by deleting the application's data directory.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be published here with a new date and announced inside the application. Continuing to use it after that means you accept the new version.
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. Otherwise, the courts of Caceres, Spain have jurisdiction.
